Accessing Cloud Desktop from macOS


  1. Install the Remote Desktop ApplicationVisit the Apple iTunes Store to download the Microsoft Remote Desktop application:

Click “View in Mac App Store”. Once the App Store opens, click "Get", then click "Install App". If prompted, enter your Apple ID and password. Click "Open" once the installation finishes.

  1. Click “Add Workspace”


  1. In the URL field, type https://remote.onedeskcloud.com

Click the User Account field, then “Add user account”, then enter your credentials “yourusername@domain.com” and password. Click Add.


  1. After you click App, the app will download the app links from the server. Once complete, click the Workspace tab and you will see the apps you have access to.


Then, you will get into the remote computer, you can browse your apps and folders, on the bottom right you can see IT Support Info and send a ticket with problems that you present in your account.
